As another week comes to a close and we all eagerly look towards the weekend, I’ve gathered some things that have inspired and intrigued my curious soul. I hope you can find some inspo as well!
Samsonite:Rebrand.
I was asked recently if reading type on video was dated (like the infamous “Don’t Blink” commercial that Apple created). And while listening and watching are currently dominating the consumers attention, there is still a place for typeography and for reading. One trend I’ve been seeing a lot lately is motion type, and Samsonite here has coined it “reactive typography”. I believe we’ll continue to this style of moving/reactive typography to come in the future.

Ludwig Favre is a photographer I admire and with the Tokyo Olympics just around the corner, my eyes always light up when I see the famous city pop up in my journeys across the web of inspiration.

Wow I bet this would be so fun to see! Imagine being a tourist going to visit the desert landscape to stumble upon this!

After watching the Oscars and seeing Tarantino and his cult following, it got me thinking about Wes Anderson and his tribe. I was curious when his next film would come out and, alas, here are some stills to nibble on!
